Growing: in this first step is very important to have a piece of land in which the avocado tree is going to be planted, it has to be a stress free zone, this is to have better crops.

Harvesting: to start harvesting the fruit we have to wait until it hangs low from the tree, it is very important to cut if from the steam using clippers and wearing gloves, wearing gloves will avoid scratching the fruit, it is also very important to put the fruit in a cloth bag, all of this with extremely care.

Brushing: after we recollect the avocados we start the cleaning process, we have to use soft rubber brushes and wet sawdust, this will give us more traction in the skin of the avocado without scratching it, after the processes is completed we just have to rinse the avocados and it will be free of steams, sticks or any other impurity.

Cleaning: after cleaning all the impurities, we just have one more step involving cleaning, this is just to give it the necessary shines it needs, make sure is free of dust or any other impurity.

Packing: now that the avocados is clean, the next step is packing, since avocado is an fruit that easily bruises, the packing is a very important step, the place where the avocados are going to be putted have to be smooth and of course clean, the fruit may now is suitable to be treated with a post-harvest fungicide and after waxing, is now ready to be packed in a suitable box.

Transport/Ship: in this step is very important to keep a low temperature in the space where the avocados are going to be transported, and according with the experts the oxygen must vary between 5 and 10 %.

Retail: selling the product, this can be in small places or big places, that does not matter, the only thing that the sellers have to keep in mind is to don’t leave it too long in the racks, once it gets his maturity time the product must be selled and don’t wait until is rotten.

Consumer: the last step, after buying the avocados, the consumer can use it as he/she wants, besides the succulent flavor that the avocado have, it can be used in many plate dishes.
